Used for link with an oculus quest, didn't notice any loss of bandwidth, but the connector is quite hard to insert and remove. In my use case has I am not plugging and unplugging it often it isn't that big of a deal.

I've done some quick tests after receiving the converters. Data transfer meets the requirements of 3.1 gen2. PD and AFC charging protocols work fine. DP-Alt works just fine, too. Overall, very satisfied!
